Is lord of the fallen open world?
As mentioned by many people who got early review access to the game the world is huge however not completely open world which maybe ok having a linear progression in mostly open levels. Here’s some gameplay footage for the same.
Is Lords of the Fallen a hard game?
Well its a souls-like right so yes its challenging but not demanding. They have co-op built into the game. So its a win win for all. Having a co-op buddy does reduce the challenge a lot. On my first try in Elden ring I did hit a wall on Malenia and I am not ashamed to admit I needed help which I did get. Eventually I was able to win her in NG+ post griding my character to 250+ if I am not wrong also helped a few players when I levelled up with Mogh. So no shame in taking some help if you stuck.
Conclusion
Well to be true I am excited looking at gameplays and reviews which I hope are not paid, it does look like a good souls like action rpg. Hopefully its able to stand out with all the mechanics it promised.
I have already pre ordered the standard edition I shall post my review regarding the same as soon as I have some time with it.
