Google is making big changes to prevent Gmail spam
Today, Google announces a series of significant updates to its email handling procedures aimed at reducing spam and unwanted messages.
The corporation has stated that, beginning next year, bulk senders would be obliged to authenticate their emails, provide an easy unsubscribe option, and keep a spam level within acceptable boundaries in order to improve email authenticity.
These changes will affect all bulk senders, which Google defines as those who send more than 5,000 messages to Gmail addresses in a single day.
