Nasadiya Sukta’s connection to Rigveda
This stunning performance is brought to life by the amazing Swapnil Bandodkar, who not only offers his captivating voice but also collaborates on the musical arrangement with the renowned Vanraj Bhatia.
It is a hymn from the Rigveda and is the 129th sukta from the 10th mandala of the text. In its Sanskrit passages, the whole sukta narrates the beginning of the world from a void born of nothingness before even existence.
